Position Summary:

    * Maintain Company’s expected Delinquency levels on 1 day, 10 day and 30 day plus

    * Achieve Monthly Charge Off Goals.

    * Responsible for going to the residence or place of employment of a CNAC customer in attempt to get updated information and/or to restore communications between the customer and CNAC.

    * Searches city and telephone directories, and street listings, and inquires at post office.

    * Interviews or telephones former neighbors, stores, friends, relatives, and former employers to elicit information pertaining to whereabouts of the assigned account.

    * Follows up each lead and prepares report of investigation to CNAC.

    * Enters all updated information and the results of the Field Chase in the CNAC collection notes.

    * Contacts debtors by person or phone to attempt collection of money owed.

    * Communicate with the customer the nature of the field call and the status of the account.

    * The desired goal of the field call is to resolve the account with updated information, updated phone numbers, and up to date payment arrangements and to re establish communications.
