I had a guy put a mercury 80 hp short shaft engine with a 2 blade speed prop in it. but when I got it back the engine looked a lot bigger than when it was on the other boat. I’m kind of afraid to go out with it.

It needs the fuel tank and battery relocated to the bow for weight distribution. the engine may still be too big for the boat. A new good 50 hp would make this scream. I just have so many projects I have to get rid of a few to make room for a new airplane.

This is the type of project that once its done you’ll have something unique and valuable. I bet there’s not 10 of these left in the world.

Here is a 27’ fiberglass boat that needs completely redone. I have already stripped out the inside of the boat and its ready to start putting it back together.

I was going to use it as a Scuba boat. Its got a nice good looking hull.

It takes a ford 351 or 302 engine. I have the outdrive for it.

It has a funny story that goes with it.

It was the last boat built by a company by St Joe Mi. a guy that worked at the plant bought it to sell because he got a great deal on it. he paid around $20,000.00 for it. and it was a $30,000.00 boat.

He put it in the water once to try it out and then took it home to south bend where he put it out front of his house for sale. he wanted $30,000.00 for it because it was a new boat and thats what it was worth. He was offered $27,500.00 for it the first year and turned it down.

He got several offers for it over the years but every offer was just a little less than what he thought it was worth. So 30 years later I found it sitting in the same place he parked it when he first brought it home. It was in pretty bad shape, the floor was completely gone . The engine was rusted inside and both heads were cracked.

I took it apart and was getting ready to put a plywood working interior in it. Something that could be used and abused, and If I dropped weights or a tank on it who cares. Since then I have just about quit diving and would like to see someone else use it.

It has been well taken care of. It has a cover but no trailer.

Its a 50 MPH JetSki Has a trim on the fly handlebar adjustment so you can take off fast and then trim it for speed while your going. The 760 engine is a well proven reliable engine.

This has been a great JetSki for our family but the kids are gone and we didn’t use it at all last year.

I’m purchasing an airplane and need the room in my hanger. Will consider Trades.

Right now, it will not start, and I had a marina look at it and they said it needs a new starter. I last used it Labor Day weekend and it ran fine then.
