I have a pair of used tubular control arms for a 68 thru 72 Chevy Nova. They were installed on my Nova, and only have ~300 miles on them. The original ball joints were not that good, so I replaced them with Moog ball joints. I had to get different A-arms as I needed A-arms that were adjustable to be able to get the caster set properly on my car.
Price is firm, no low ballers.
