We raise Jumbo Brown Japanese Coturnix. We raise this breed because we have found this breed to lay gorgeous large eggs and great meat. These birds will be laying eggs and/or ready to butcher at just 6 weeks. We have been using the eggs to help my daughters asthma and allergies (Scientific evidence has shown that quail eggs help asthma, allergies, and other respiratory ailments). And quail eggs are higher in protein and vitamins than chicken eggs.

This batch will be straight-run (male and female) since they are too young to tell boys from girls yet.
