The University of Notre Dame (ND.jobs) is accepting applications for a myNotreDame Support Coordinator : 20 Hours/week (Temporary).

This is a 20 hour a week temporary position.

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: At completion of project.



The myNotreDame Support Coordinator (Temp) is responsible for the support of online services offered by the Alumni Association through myNotreDame via phone, email and the website. Users include alumni, parents, friends, students, and employees of Notre Dame. Support activities include direct end-user support, administrator training and support, reporting, and data analysis. Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 support for myNotreDame, the Alumni Association's online engagement and content management system, with emphasis on Levels 2 and 3. You will appropriately escalate Level 4 issues or lower-level issues outside our control.



This position is customer-focused, and excellent customer service skills are a must. You will provide support to identify, diagnose and resolve basic to complex issues regarding the website and back-office tools for departmental staff and volunteer administrators and, to a lesser degree, end-users. In this role, you will create, test, and support registration forms on the myNotreDame platform. Additionally, you will conduct training with volunteer administrators, and oversee administrator certification in myNotreDame.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both in spoken and written English


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service experience, especially in a help desk or call center environment highly preferred.
  • Experience working with databases, content management systems, event registration systems, or account management tools
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
