Looking for someone that is looking for a room to rent and a place to live. I got into a situation where I had to move asap and took the first house I could get after paying many places $45 to $50 per application fees. Area is not where I want to live (off Lincolnway West on Cleveland Ave) but for the next two months it's going to have to work. The place is just old and will take too much work to fix it up like I want.
I'm used to living in a clean in order place that looks awesome, but with that being said I'm at a point where I want to find a roommate on a month to month least. Then when we move in Feb at tax time when I can move into a new home in a better area. So if your looking to a place to live and a roof over your head let's talk.
It's a 3-bedroom house and 2 bath place. I have the place furnished but with the room but you'd need your own stuff.
