Used it all last week at the fair with no issues!
Super nice 1997 Fleetwood Bounder 34J on the Ford F53 chassis. Engine is the 7.5L gas with automatic transmission and 48k miles; very strong. This motorhome is in excellent condition inside and out as shown in the pictures. The interior is great shape, no signs of water damage. The exterior shows no sign of delamination and is in excellent shape. There is plenty of storage as shown in the pictures. The four dual rear tires are new April 2019. The two front tires were new in April 2017. There are helper springs on the rear and 4 newer shocks to make the ride comfortable. It is set up to tow a trailer, we towed a bumper pull 4-horse trailer with it with no issues. There's an Onan 5kW generator on board that needs a fuel pump; approximately 910 hours. Dual rooftop ducted A/C units both work. Furnace really heats it up inside. The stove, microwave, water heater, and refrigerator all work as they should. It will sleep 4 easily and we've slept 6 in it. Scraped the left rear corner a few weeks ago. Knocked the bumper backwards, took out the marker light, and scraped the decals on that side. See the picture. I've dropped the price with this fix in mind.
NADA average retail book value is $18,300.
