I live on Clear Lake in Buchanan and I am buying the duplex across the street from me which has :
2 bedrooms , 1 bath on one side
3 bedrooms, 2 baths on the other side.
The 3 bedroom side has a master bedroom with private bath (update…this room rented)
The other 2 bedrooms share the other bathroom.
This is an extremely upscale house with all brand new kitchens and bathrooms, which include granite countertops, brand new kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher and microwave ) plus washer/ dryer.
Everything will be furnished for you so all you need to do is move in. Internet will be provided, utilities will be paid, the yard will be maintained, you will have off street parking,
a view from your living room window of beautiful sunrises amd sunsets and an easy country commute to and from work.
You would need to have a credit report, background check and valid drivers license.

Rent is $1200 per month
$300 refundable security deposit.
Month to month lease (with prorated rent refund if you have to leave prior to the end of the month)
