Offering this saw separately for $75, or with the base for $165.
I bought this saw new when it and the matching table saw first came out in the 1970's. The table saw was junk and went down the road quickly, but this saw was first-rate.
All cast iron construction with actual bearings in the motor and radial arm. Much better than the stamped sheet metal ones that I had been familiar with.
It has been used sparingly and never abused. The table is the original that was on the saw when purchased.
It stands on the original base that was sold to accompany the saw. (Looks like most any nice base brings $100 or more.)
All of the wiring has been checked out, and the motor wiring has been replaced. Bearings feel just fine.
The original blade and shaft wrenches are included in the sale.
I don't find much history of sales of these saws, and nothing that is listed in this condition. If it has not sold at the asking price by November 1, I will accept the best offer to date.
